100% fluorocarbon mainline and leader line – one of the first lines to be manufactured specifically for mainline use, Seaguar Reel Soft has very low memory coupled with outstanding abrasion resistance. The essential attributes of fluorocarbon come into their own with a mainline; reduced knot strength deterioration, no 40% loss of breaking strain (when compared to nylon) due to water absorption and UV contamination. The life span of the line is measurably longer than nylon so presents a considerably better investment.
